Dear Colleagues,

Since the RG-D experiment is approaching, I thought I would share with you
the information about our daily RC meeting, which will be as follows:

   1. *Hybrid* *at 13:00 in CH Room 200C *and on* ZOOM *on all weekdays
   except* Wednesdays.*
   2. *Virtual at 15:30 on ZOOM ONLY on **Wednesdays *due to the conflict
   with the 13:30 MCC meeting and the fact the CH Room 200C is not
   available at this time.

This RC meeting will start as soon as the target is moved to the hall to
keep up with the work progress and preparation for beam tuning. I will send
