[Hallb] RG-E RC update

Dear all,

We will resume RC meetings, and one will be at 1 p.m. in the counting house upstairs meeting room and on Zoom. The Zoom link is on the run page.

So far, there is no beam in the hall. Yesterday evening, the hall was swept and brought to power permit, and since then, we have been waiting for the machine. Hopefully, we will start running again sometime in the swing.
