[Hallb] shift schedule change

Dear all

You will have seen he announcement from Daniel that the first week of scheduled running and shifts has been cancelled. The run and shifts will now begin on 3 February.

Since this is not a reduction by 1 week but rather a schedule shift of 1 week, I have simply moved the first 7 days of the allocation to the end (22 - 28 July).

Please check your allocation again since for a few of you, your shifts will have now changed. I appreciate that this may cause issues with your own planning and if that is the case, then please contact Daniel and myself for advice/help.
