[Hallb] Maintenance Day on Wed. Feb. 14

Folks,

The machine will be down on Wednesday, Feb. 14 for a maintenance day starting at 6 a.m.. Please
let me know what work plans you have in the hall. I will let folks know whether we will put the
hall in restricted access or controlled access (it all depends on work that is planned).
