Dear Everyone,

Startup for RG-E is slightly delayed.  Final upstream beamline assembly is in progress, to be followed by pump down, and then survey tomorrow morning before closing the hall.

**** First shifts will start tomorrow, Saturday, March 16, at noon 12:00. ****
