[Hallb] FY25 Hall B Budget Requests

Dear all,

please send me your FY25 budget requests for specific operations projects and preparations for the upcoming runs of ALERT and PRad2/X17. Examples of such specifics from the FY24 request were "small GEM detectors for tests", "streaming readout upgrades", "TDC upgrades", "Level-3 trigger R&D", "CCD camera", "roots blower vacuum pump", ...

I don't need your estimates for on-going operations with CLAS12, expendables & gases, machine shop, general support of hall operations, p-card procurement, surveys, and such.

Please make estimates, no quotes necessary, and restrict yourself to major items or operations projects (> ~ $10k).

I would be happy to receive your estimates by tomorrow, sorry for the short notice.
