[Hallb] ALERT repair schedule

Folks,

There was some uncertainty about the plans for the accelerator down periods this week that left our planning for
ALERT work up in the air. I just spoke with Doug Higinbotham to clarify this situation as things at MCC have now
resolved. The ALERT repair work will take place on Wednesday morning during the maintenance day. We will discuss
more during the RC meeting tomorrow.

I am sending this email out to the full CLAS mailing lists so that I can get the word out to all relevant folks. If you
have any questions, please let me know.
