[Hallb] [EXTERNAL] No RC Meeting on Tuesday, July 9th

Similar to yesterday, we won't hold an RC meeting due to the conflict with
the ongoing CLAS collaboration meeting <https://indico.jlab.org/event/969/ >.
A detailed report on another productive and smooth data-taking, apart from
some minor hiccups, is included in the summary below.
