[Hallb] [EXTERNAL] No RC Meeting today

Hi,

We will not have a RC meeting this morning. We had smooth running until this morning ~4:30am when the machine had to stop due to cooling water supply issues. MCC is recovering from the event and we should get back to production soon. I remind everyone that tomorrow will be dedicated to beam studies starting at 7am. Make sure to inform Dan and me if you need access, so that we coordinate activities.
