<div class=""><font size="4" class="">Preparations for the next physics run are in full swing in the halls and on the CEBAF machine. Hall-B made good progress on the detector maintenance and repair. The forward carriage is already back in its running position.
The hall engineering and target groups are in the final steps of constructing our new cryo target system. Everything for the beam dump upgrade is on hand, and the work will start soon. </font></div>

<div class=""><font size="4" class="">Unfortunately, with all this progress, there have been some unforeseen delays in the machine restorations. These delays will push back the startup of the machine and the start of physics.
