The DOE Office of Nuclear Physics is limiting the number of people who can attend larger conferences and also travel to foreign countries. Therefore, Physics Division will collect information from JLab staff for planned conference/meeting participation during

 the remainder of Fiscal Year 2025, i.e. until October 2025. It is my understanding that Physics Division will seek pre-approval from DOE for the planned travel.</div>
