[Hallb_ops] eg6 installation

Dear all,

I want to thank everyone for excellent work during the eg6
installation. Especially with fast turnround of Cherenkov repairs.
Of course, effect of the repair will be known in few days, but,
I am sure it was worth to try. Two holes have been fixed!

Installation of the RTPC and related stuff (He bag, gas system, etc.)
also went quite smooth. 
As of now, RTPC is ready to go. We are running the HV, gas, and
the readout since yesterday evening, uninterrupted. We see nice signals
from RTPC, no noise, every thing is clean.

There are two questions/issues that I want to be addressed before we
move the detector IN. I sent emails to Steve and Denny. I am sure these
can be sorted out quickly.
