[Hallb_svt] Sketches for Maurizio

Marc,

The cold plate will be located roughly 50 mm from the 'upstream-most' 
position of the electronics for each of the cases. This is an estimate 
based on what we had for the 4 region barrel. The cold plate is 1" (25 
mm) thick.
