[Hallc] No Hall C Meeting today

There will be no Hall C meeting today.

The first coil of the Qtor was installed and aligned last 
Thursday/Friday.  Coil installation will continue after the break.

I will be out of town starting tomorrow afternoon.  Roger Carlini will 
be acting hall leader in my absence.
