[Hallc] Hall C Meeting for Dec 13, 2010 cancelled

I am canceling today's Hall C meeting because of difficulty finding room
and because I may be tied up in the User Group board of directors meeting.

We will hold a meeting tomorrow to discuss TAC reports at 11AM, location
TBD.
