[Hallc] Hall C 2010 Users meeting reminder and agenda update

The annual Hall C users meeting is approaching, January 22 and 23 at 
JLab.  The meeting will include presentations of the Hall C submissions 
to PAC35, updates on previous experiment analysis,  talks on Qweak 
preparations,  and updates on 12 GeV preparations.   The usual party 
will be Saturday evening.

There has been some shuffling of the agenda since the last 
announcement.  In order to accommodate a  JLab colloquium on Friday, the 
times of many talks have been adjusted and the G0 talks have moved to 
Saturday.  If you are giving a talk, please check the agenda and let me 
know of any problems.
