[Hallc] No Hall C Meeting today, PAC Info, Theory Seminar info

1.  Due to the PAC, and a theory seminar today, there will be no Hall C
meeting today.

2.  The open session of the PAC will start today at 9:30 in the
Auditorium, not at 10:30 as indicated on the agenda.  Thus Hugh
Montgomery's and Bob McKeown's presentations will be in open session,
not executive session.

3.  There is a theory seminar at 3PM today that may be of interest to
some.  The speaker is a candidate for spin structure function postdoc
position that is partially supported by the 3 halls.

*Dynamical Parton Distribution Functions*

The new generation of dynamical LO, NLO and NNLO parton distributions is
presented and compared with standard distributions. The results obtained
for the strong coupling constant, the longitudinal structure function of
the proton, and the asymmetry in the strange sea distributions are
examined. The role of heavy-quark flavors at high-energy colliders is
briefly reviewed and discussed. Finally, predictions for weak-gauge and
Higgs boson production at hadron colliders are given at NNLO of QCD.
