Dear Colleague,

Thanks to all who provided feedback on our proposal.  We have
incorporated your suggestions to strengthen our case for measuring b1 in
Hall C.  Due to the JLab network problems, we've moved the most recent
proposal to:

http://massive.unh.edu/~slifer/b1

The major changes from the original proposal are :

  -ND3 will be used for the target material instead of LiD.
  -The updated method to extract b1 eliminates dependence on F1, and
improves the statistical precision.

We invite further collaborators, and request that those who have already
joined to please review their affiliation before the submission deadline
of Tuesday July 5.
