[Hallc] Hall C Users Meeting, January 13-14, 2012

I am pleased to announce that the annual Hall C Users meeting will be
held January 13-14, 2012 at JLab.  This meeting, organized by the Hall
and the SHMS-HMS Users group, will include talks and discussions related
to the 12 GeV upgrade as well as updates on the analysis of recent and
ongoing Hall C experiments.

During the meeting we will have discussions on commissioning and early
experiments.  (As a basis for discussion, a draft commissioning lineup
will be sent out in early December).  Also included at the meeting will
be discussions of software upgrades needed for 12 GeV and updates on the
status of detectors being built for the SHMS.

The experiment updates will include status updates for HKS, SANE,
inclusive scattering and Qweak.

Please contact me if you are interested in making a presentation or have
suggestions for speakers.  As always, talks by students and young
physicists are encouraged.
