[Hallc] Hall C Summer Workshop June 22-23, 2012

On behalf of the SHMS-HMS Users Group board, I would like to invite you 
to the Hall C Summer workshop which will be held June 22-23, 2012 at 
JLab.  The workshop topics of the workshop will include

    Global Analyses
    Future Experiments and Opportunities in Hall C
    12 GeV Project and Detectors
    12 GeV Software Development

Please note that a new JLab policy now requires us to charge a nominal 
registration fee for all workshops in order to provide refreshments. The 
cost for our Hall C summer workshop is relatively small ($18) and 
students are exempt from the fee.  Please take a minute to register, 
following the link on the agenda page.

There will be a social event Friday (June 22) evening.  As always,
there is no cost for this event.

It has been pointed out that hotel room availability may be limited
the weekend of the meeting.  Out of town attendees should make hotel
reservations as soon as possible.  The "Travel Accommodations" link on
the agenda page leads to a list of "Negotiated Lodging Rates in
Newport News."
