[Hallc] Open House volunteers

Dear all.

As you may know, the JLab Open House will take place on Saturday May 19, 2012. It will be open to public from 9am till 3pm.

This time, the JLab public affair office set up a web sign-up page for volunteers:

On the sign-up page, the time slot are 4 hours. As for the last Open House, I will only ask volunteer to stay 2 hours. So the time
slots available will be: 8:00am-10:00am, 10:00am-12:00pm,12:00pm-2:00pm,2:00pm-4:00pm. From 8am till 9am, we will finish to setup
the Hall C display and from 3pm till 4pm we will disassemble. 
I will send an email to all volunteers a week or two before the Open House to organize the Hall C display staffing.
