[Hallc] Announcement: Hall C Users Meeting, January 24/25, 2013

I am pleased to announce that the next Hall C Users meeting, will be 
held the afternoon of Thursday, January 24, 2013 and all day Friday, 
January 25, in CEBAF Center L102/4 at JLab.

The agenda for the meeting, under development, will appear at 
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-C/talks/01_24_13/.  Tentatively, the Thursday 
afternoon session will be devoted to discussions of physics and 
experimental equipment beyond the approved 12 GeV program, while Friday 
will include other topics including updates on the analysis of 6 GeV 
experiments and a selection of updates on 12 GeV equipment and experiments.

If you wish to suggest a talk for the meeting, please contact saw at jlab.org.

The meeting will conclude with a social event Friday evening.

All meeting attendees will need to register for the meeting.  Please 
check http://www.jlab.org/Hall-C/talks/01_24_13/ in the next few days 
for a link to the registration page.  A small fee will be charged for 
non-student attendees.
