[Hallc] From Hamlet Mkrtchyan: Invitation to join Pi0-SIDIS proposal

Dear Hall C Users:

A group of us consisting of Halls A and C users, loosely termed the 
Neutral Particle Spectrometer Collaboration, have been working on 
augmenting the spectrometers in Hall C with a photon and/or neutral-pion 
facility.  Such a facility builds on lessons learned of both the PRIMEx 
apparatus in Hall B and the calorimeter used for the DVCS experiments in
Hall A.

Experiments have been constructed as a run group, albeit not always with 
shared time, but with nearly identical setup.  Please see attached one 
of these proposals, on a Measurement of Semi-Inclusive pi0 Production as 
Validation of Factorization.  This semi-inclusive pi0 experiment would 
share beam time with a companion proposal measuring precision cross 
sections and L/T separations in Deep Virtual Compton Scattering 
(complementary to the already approved Hall A 12 GeV experiment) and 
Deep Exclusive Neutral-Pion Electroproduction.  Another proposal with 
this setup aims to meaure Wide-Angle Compton Scattering, a missing 
ingredient in the approved 12-GeV program.
