[Hallc] From Carlos Munoz: Invitation to join Hall C DVCS proposal

Dear colleagues,

We plan to submit a proposal to PAC40 in order to extend the DVCS 
measurements that will be performed in Hall A (experiment E12-06-114) to 
a wider kinematic range accessible in Hall C. The proposed experiment is 
part of the Neutral Particle Spectrometer group described in an earlier
