[Hallc] Fwd: Hall C proposal to PAC40

Dear All,

We plan to submit a proposal to PAC40 to measure inclusive inelastic 
electron-nucleon and electron-nucleus scattering cross sections 
for LT separations in Hall C. The data would be used 
to study a possible nuclear dependence of the ratio R of longitudinal 
to transverse photoabsorption cross sections.

Please find attached the draft. Your comments and suggestions will be 
appreciated and we kindly ask you to send it to us by 4pm on Thursday, 
May 2nd and please let us know if you would like to be removed from the 
collaboration list. Also, please feel free to invite or add other collaborators 
from your institutions that we might have missed.
