[Hallc] Hall C Summer Meeting SeeVogh connection info

You need to have an account for this, so you should make sure to set it up in
advance if you don't have one by going to http://research.seevogh.com.  To get
going, click the link above, and then hit the 'Start' link in your browser.

Once the SeeVogh client fires up, click the calendar icon and search for the
"Hall C Meeting" in the JLab community.

I'll try to get some more detailed/simpler connection info out shortly.
