All Hall C Users:

This mailing asks you to vote on 2 items.

Item 1 is the ratification of the amended bylaws which will change our organization's name from the SHMS-HMS Users Group to the Hall C Users Group.

Item 2 is the selection of 2 members of the (SHMS-HMS) Hall C Users Steering Committee, to replace Donal Day and Mark Jones whose terms are ending.

The newly elected members will join Eric Christy, Kawtar Hafidi, Pete Markowitz and Gabriel Niculescu.

Below is the ballot. I ask that you respond to me indicating your preferences. Please respond by November 18, 2013.
