Members of the Hall C and the Hall A collaborations,

As announced earlier, our summer meeting this year will be held on
Thursday June 5 and Friday June 6 at JLab (right after the JLab user
group meeting). It will be a joint meeting of the Hall A and Hall C
Collaboration.

The idea of this summer meeting is to focus on the overlap in the
physics program with the two halls. This is of special importance in
light of the recent re-organization of the Hall staffs. At this point,
we anticipate holding separate winter meetings for each Hall. We
welcome your comments both before and after the meeting on the format of
the meeting and on the appropriateness of repeating such a joint meeting
in the future.

For this upcoming summer meeting, we have chosen to focus on a limited
number of topics organized in four sessions:
- Status reports and new proposals (chair J. Roche)
- Semi-inclusive processes (chair P. Reimer)
- Form factors (chair E. Brash)
- Cold nuclear matter (chair P. Markowitz)
The chairs will start shortly contacting potential speakers.
*Collaborators who will submit a proposal to the PAC 42 are invited to
contact Julie (soon) for an opportunity to present their experiment to
the collaborations.* Please feel free to contact us with comments,
questions, suggestions, etc...

We look forward to meeting with you this upcoming June.

Pete Markowitz and Julie Roche
on behalf of the Hall C steering committee and Hall A Coordinating
Committee
