[Hallc] [DVCS/GMP]: Hall A back to beam permit soon + more shifters needed

Dear collaborators,

Hall-D believes that they have achieved their 12GeV project milestone so 
MCC is going to resume working on multiple beam delivery. At this time,  
the plan is for  Hall A to  go to beam permit as early as today SWING 
shift. Shift crew should start reporting at the beginning of the swing 
shift.

This morning at the 8am meeting, the PD announced  that the 4-days+ beam 
development period originally planned around December 13 will not take 
pace so we have opened up those shifts for you to sign up. Please go 
ahead and fill the many slots that have just appeared on our schedule.
