[Hallc] Hall C Meeting/Discussion - Jan 23, 2014, 3PM A110

I am holding a meeting today in A110 at 3PM to discuss the restructuring 
and the merging of Hall A/C physics and spectrometer support staffs. 
Hall C staff are invited (but not required) to attend and Hall C users 
are also welcome to attend.  I will answer questions that I can and 
welcome discussion on how to move forward.
