[Hallc] invitation to join Pion Form Factor 12 GeV experiment

Hi:

We have been asked to update the collaboration list for E12-06-101, the 12 GeV
Pion Form Factor experiment.  Amazingly, it has been 8 years since the proposal
was first approved by the PAC, and we expect there have been a lot of changes in
the community in that time.  If you are interested in joining our experiment as
a collaborator, please let me know and we will update the official collaboration
list.
