[Hallc] [DVCS/GMP]: Hall A shifts on standby up to Thanks Giving

Dear collaborators,

unfortunately, all Hall A shifts are on standby from now and up to 
Thanks Giving.  Indeed, this morning JLab management decided that 
Accelerator OPS and Eng Support staff should limit their focus to 
one-beam, Hall-D operation in order to achieve the 12GeV Project 
milestones of this Fall.

Shifters: please keep an eye on your emails this week  just in (the 
remote) case we can go back to Hall A operation before next week break.
