Happy New Year, all.

This is just a friendly reminder that if you haven't already, please 
remember to go in and book meeting rooms for any weekly meetings that 
your groups may have throughout the year.

Also, if you would take a look around the calendar and if you have 
anything booked that your group does not use any longer, please delete 
those bookings as well.  If you need to delete something that was booked 
by someone else that is no longer here, please let Cynthia or myself 
know and we can delete them for you.
