[Hallc] Hall C Tour and Hall A Walkthrough training, July 18, 2015 3:30 PM

Dear Hall A and C users:

This is a reminder that, this Saturday, as part of the Hall A & C Summer 
Collaboration Meeting, we are conducting a tour of Hall C and providing 
an opportunity for users to take the Hall A Safety Walk Through 
training.   The tour of Hall C will be a chance to see the new Super 
High Momentum Spectrometer.

The tour and training will be available both to those who have Radworker 
I training (and a valid dosimeter) and to those without a dosimeter.

Participants in the tour must wear long pants (no shorts/skirts/dresses) 
and closed-toed shoes (no sandals).

The tour will start after the last talk of the Hall A/C collaboration 
meeting.  Tour participants should meet in CEBAF Center F113.

In order to plan the tour and have sufficient escorts and tour guides, 
we would like users to register for the tour.  The registration 
procedure depends on whether you have a badge or not.

A. For users WITHOUT a current JLab dosimeter:

     Please register for the tour by filling out the form at:

      This registration must be completed by noon tomorrow (Friday).

     If you would also like to do the Hall A Safety Walkthrough, please

B.  For users WITH a current JLab dosimeter:

     Register for the tour by sending an email to me at saw at jlab.org. 
Please indicate in the email whether or not you with to do the Hall A 
Safety Walkthrough after the Hall C tour.
