[Hallc] Proposal for Elastic and Quasi-Elastic Deuteron Tensor Asymmetry Measurements

We are planning to submit a proposal to measure the Elastic T20 and Quasi-Elastic Deuteron Tensor Asymmetry TAzz over a wide Q^2 range in Hall C for the upcoming PAC43.
