[Hallc] Hall C Winter (January 2016) meeting planing

We are starting to plan for the next Hall C users meeting, this January 
2016.  The dates under consideration are January 7-8, 2016 and January 
21-22, 2016.  The later date has the advantage that is is adjacent to 
the next Hall A collaboration meeting January 19-20, 2016, thus 
minimizing travel for those who will participate in both meetings.  (A 
Jan 15-16 meeting would be difficult because of room availability.)

If you have a strong preference for either of these dates, or a 
different date altogether, please contact me.
