[Hallc] Winter/Spring 2016 Shift Sign-up in Hall A

it was reported to us that some of you have not received the call for 
shifts in Hall A this Spring 2016. We are sorry for this as we would 
very much appreciate your participation to our data taking.

Dear Hall A Collaboration,

With the successful delivery of ~1 Megawatt of 11 GeV beam to the Hall A dump in December, it is
looking likely that we will have a productive Winter/Spring 2016 run period.   The plan for Hall A
during this period will be to run as much of the DVCS and GMp experiments as possible.
