[Hallc] New proposal to search for the LHCb charmed pentaquark in Hall C

This new proposal is  a search for the LHCb charmed pentaquark in Hall C using the HMS and SHMS. 
We apologize for the short notice. If you are interested in the physics of this proposal 
please consider joining before the submission deadline set for June 06, 2016 at 8:00 am. 
We plan to submit the proposal Sunday night at the latest.
