[Hallc] Proposal for the measurement of the Generalized Polarizabilities of the proton

Dear colleagues,

Attached you will find a draft of the Hall C proposal for the measurement of the Generalized Polarizabilities of the proton.

The proposal was submitted to PAC43 (PR12-15-001), it was conditionally approved (C2), and is returning to PAC44 with some updates.

The proposal is currently signed by the PR12-15-001 author list, but if you would like to join the proposal, or if you have any comments and suggestions, please email Nikos Sparveris (sparveri at temple.edu).
