[Hallc] Shift Schedule Update

There was a bug with the shift schedule sign-up page that caused some people to be redirected to 
an old QWeak schedule.   This bug has now been fixed and as we are still on schedule for
beam this weekend, so please sign-up to help if you can:

Again, the first couple of weeks we will be making Ar(e,e'p) measurement and then we will transition to meeting
the key performance parameters for Hall C.
