He didn't make  a compelling case  that Garner was creating a victim.  The store owner  'feels',  therefore... That's one reason why  he's wrong - his argument is invalid. Here's what Mike  Shanklin  posted on his fb page today, and I agree  with  this:

"Molyneux is  100 a victimless crime (even if doing so in a statist  system).
If a  group of  thugs mandate something, and you  don't do it, even if everyone  else bows down to  lick  the slave master's boots, that doesn't make it a crime. You  should be free to sell cigarettes to whoever  you want, and tax evasion is not a real  crime  under  freedom... end of story. (The taxation terrorism is  the  real crime).
The  problem  is state  mandates and taxes and  laws on cigarettes.  Those  practicing civil disobedience are the real heroes, not  criminals.
