[Hallc] No 3pm Commissioning meeting

Dear All,


As of this morning I have taken over as commissioning run coordinator from
Simona, who navigated us through the KPP run.  We will Not have a 3 pm
meeting today, but will continue to have our daily meetings at 3 pm on the
2nd Floor Counting House in the future.
