[Hallc] 2018 Open House Volunteer Sign-up -- Hall C

Hi all,

If you are going to be on-site Saturday, May 19 please volunteer to help
in Hall C.  We need 6--8 volunteers to be in the Hall to greet the
public as they come down the ramp, answer questions, and introduce folks
to all the cool stuff we do here.  Grad Students, Post docs, Users, and
Staff are all encouraged to help out here.  It is a lot of fun and you
get a free T-Shirt.

After logging in, scroll down and click on the 'Accelerator site' bar.
When it opens you can find the 'Hall C' section.  There are two time
slots for volunteers in our Hall:
  08:30 AM - 12:30 PM (3 slots remaining)
  12:00 PM - 04:00 PM (6 slots remaining)

Then click on the 'Register Me' link next to the slot(s) you like.

** If you have ideas for updated posters (accessible to the general
   public) and/or small demonstrations that could be set up in the Hall,
   please contact me to!
