[Hallc] Joint Hall A/C summer meeting: call for presentations

Dear colleagues,

   As previously announced, the Joint Hall A/C Summer Meeting will take
place on June 21-22. It will be organized by physics topics, rather than by
individual experiments, with a focus on common subjects developed in both
Halls. We have thus defined the three following main categories:

- Structure functions and form factors (convener: Simona Malace,
simona at jlab.org)
- Nuclear medium effects (convener: Joerg Reinhold, reinhold at jlab.org)
- 3D structure (convener: Andrew Puckett, andrew.puckett at uconn.edu)

We are seeking input from users on specific topics and/or speakers, both in
theory and experiment, that could cover different aspects of each category,
including both Hall A/C. Please feel free to contact the corresponding
convener directly if you have suggestions.

   An additional session will be dedicated to new PAC proposals. If you are
planning to submit a proposal or an LOI to the next PAC and would like to
present it at the meeting, please let us know soon.
