[Hallc] [New Logentry] Hall C update: Hall will remain open tonight

Update from the 8 am meeting: Beam restoration is a bit slower than hoped, so Hall C will not need to be locked up tonight (Monday).  It is also likely that the hall will not need to be locked up tomorrow night.  For now, Tuesday DAY shift is on standby.  Tuesday SWING and Wednesday OWL may also be put on standby pending updates from the PD.
