[Hallc] [Revised Logentry] Hall C RC update: Wednesday, 8/22

Some progress was made yesterday with regards to increasing the available gradient in the accelerator, but work remains before sending beam to the halls.  The upstream beamline vacuum in Hall C is also not yet good enough to allow beam delivery, although all ion pumps are on and it is slowly improving.

There will be no beam to Hall C on DAY or SWING shift today, with some possibility of beam late OWL.  DAY and SWING shifts are cancelled today (Wednesday) - Thursday OWL shift is not yet cancelled, but this may change after the 1:30 scheduling meeting, so stay tuned.

After consulting with Dave Meekins, we will not condense hydrogen in the target today - the soonest this would happen is Thursday during the day.
