[Hallc] [New Logentry] Hall C RC update: Thursday 8/23

Beam setup in the machine is still moving forward, but beam to Hall C is not likely before tomorrow. In addition, the upstream beamline vacuum is still not good enough for beam delivery and will likely take at least a couple shifts to come down.  Thursday DAY and SWING shifts are canceled. Friday OWL shift is on standby, but not likely to be needed.

It was announced at the 8 am meeting that there are issues with the nitrogen vendor that could impact both accelerator and hall operations. There will be more information about this issue later today.
