[Hallc] F2 experiment running!

Dear F2 Collaborators,

Today we are starting data taking for experiment E12-10-002 which will run
until March 10, 2018.

You can find details about the run plan on the Hall C wiki
(https://hallcweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#Online_Replay).

There are still a few available shifts if you would like to sign up. The
Hall C shift schedule has been posted online at:
https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/apps/physics/shiftSchedule/index.cfm?experimentRunId=HALLC-2017-2018

As a reminder the shift requirements for this experiment is 5 shifts (8
for all 4 commissioning experiments).
