[Hallc] RC Update

Hello Everybody,
Last 24 hrs were unfortunately not as productive as one would like. We had
a slew of problems starting with a faulty radiation detector at the truck
ramp to spectrometer rotation issues to HMS shutter being closed etc. We
have been hobbling along making some slow by steady progress on the
commissioning plan. MCC has been able to increase  our current to 30 uA so
we hope to catch up on some of the lost time over the next few shifts.

We will have the usual 1:30 PM RC meeting tomorrow in the counting house
upstairs conference room. I will send out details later.
