[Hallc] Hall C Safety walkthrough training opportunity today at 1:30

As Hall C is open today for some target work and accelerator RF recovery, Joe Beaufait has offered to conduct a Hall C Safety walkthrough (SAF112) training today (1/22/2018).  This training is required for shift workers.
